Immunizations
7th grade Immunizations
All regular immunizations need to be up to date. In addition 7th grade students need boosters in order to attend middle school. The boosters that are needed are Tdap for Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis booster & Meningococcal for meningitis.
